Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of CupidMsg (the “Service”), operated by CupidMsg, Inc. It applies to everyone who accesses the Service and forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By using CupidMsg you agree to follow this AUP. Violations may result in immediate content removal, suspension or permanent termination of your account, and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.

1. Age Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use CupidMsg.
• CupidMsg is strictly for adults. Accounts belonging to, or created on behalf of, anyone under 18 are prohibited and will be removed.
• We do not knowingly permit minors on the Service. If you believe a minor is using CupidMsg, report it immediately to support@cupidmsg.com.

2. No Illegal Activity

You may not use CupidMsg to engage in, promote, facilitate, or attempt any unlawful act, including but not limited to:

• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• The sale, purchase, or facilitation of illegal goods, services, or controlled substances.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or evasion of sanctions.
• Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on CupidMsg. We enforce these rules with a zero-tolerance approach and will remove violating content, terminate offending accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and report to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

3.1 Sexually Explicit Profile Content

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene photos, videos, text, or other content in profiles, messages, or anywhere on the Service.
• Nudity or content designed primarily for sexual gratification.
• Advertising, soliciting, or offering sexual services, escort services, or commercial sex of any kind.

3.2 Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE)

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor, is absolutely prohibited.
• Grooming, enticement, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual conversation or activity is prohibited.
• We report suspected child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement, and cooperate fully with investigations.

3.3 Sexual Violence and Exploitation

• Content or conduct that depicts, threatens, promotes, or facilitates rape, sexual assault, or sexual coercion.
• Glorification or encouragement of sexual violence against any person.

3.4 Non-Consensual Content

• Sharing, threatening to share, or soliciting intimate or sexual images or videos of any person without their consent (including “revenge porn” and non-consensual intimate imagery).
• Recording, distributing, or capturing any person in a private setting without consent.
• Any sexual content involving a person who has not, or cannot, give informed consent.

3.5 Human Trafficking and Sex Trafficking

• Any content or activity that facilitates, promotes, or engages in human trafficking, sex trafficking, or the exploitation of any person for labor or commercial sex.
• Recruiting, harboring, transporting, or soliciting any person for exploitative purposes.

3.6 Scams, Fraud, and Financial Exploitation

• Romance scams, catfishing, phishing, or any scheme intended to defraud, deceive, or financially exploit other users.
• Soliciting money, gifts, cryptocurrency, financial account details, or investments from other users.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or affiliation.
• Pyramid schemes, spam, or unsolicited commercial promotion.

3.7 Harassment, Hate, and Violence

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, or intimidation of any person.
• Hate speech or content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age.
• Content that promotes, encourages, or threatens violence or self-harm.

3.8 Platform and Security Abuse

• Using bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or collect data from the Service.
• Creating multiple or fake accounts for deceptive or abusive purposes.
• Uploading malware, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security or safety features of the Service.

4. Reporting Violations

You can report any user or content that violates this AUP directly in the app using the report and block tools, or by emailing support@cupidmsg.com. We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, content removal, suspension, permanent bans, and referral to law enforcement.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, with or without notice, including removing content, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving and disclosing information to authorities as permitted or required by law, and cooperating with law enforcement. We reserve the right to update this AUP at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
